The Sad Farce of Omicron

Well, it is Christmas time, and this is the first small window of downtime I have before the 29th when I have to get stuff ready for the new year switchover at work, so it is time for an overdue blog update! It is not that there has not been a lot to write about out there, just 150 hours of overtime last month militated against it.  However, the last few weeks in the UK have got steadily more unreasonable from a public policy perspective and it is time to say something – though thankfully we did not sink to the level of the Whitehouse spokesperson who pronounced a curse of sickness and death upon the unvaccinated millions of Americans! The reason for this insanity – the Omicron COVID variant.

Now ‘omicron’ is the ‘o’ of the Greek alphabet – that means we probably have variants ‘a’ to ‘m’ out there but most of them, with the exception of the ‘d’, known as ‘delta’ variant, have not had the coverage.  Why omicron is so significant is that from the point of view of getting infected with it, the current vaccines offer ‘just about zilch’ protection from it – this was not from a ‘conspiracy theorist ani-vaxxer’ but from an immuniologist who was using it as a lever to order us to get our boosters which will ‘restore’ our immunity.  Even the Antartic is not immune from the plague, it hit the Belgian research station there, despite all the researchers being fully vaccinated and boosted up.  The researchers give us an example to follow, they all want to remain to continue their work, the outbreak is an inconvenience, no big deal, we carry on with minor disruption.  That should be paradigmatic for all nations!

The researchers give us an example to follow, they all want to remain to continue their work, the outbreak is an inconvenience, no big deal, we carry on with minor disruption.  That should be paradigmatic for all nations!

Now, we have to contrast this with the article where the ‘just about zilch’ quote was taken from.  It is a wonderful example of propaganda dressed up with scientific clothes but as truth has that awkward habit of forcing its way to the surface in the face of absurdity, every now and then something slips out of these articles that puts the exclamation point on good reasons not to be vaccinated.  However, to answer the immediate accusations of me simply being ‘anti-vax‘ I need to mildly justify the ‘propaganda’ claim.

Well, the first compelling reason to judge it as a propaganda is that the ‘scientific consensus’ is no longer asserting that the major vaccines (especially the mRNA ones) offer the protection that the very same scientists, using similar words, were promising us little over a year ago as the way back to our normal lives.  Sure, there were some qualifications, but the messaging was clear and unambiguous – get vaccinated because it will protect you, your vulnerable loved ones and those you come into contact with.  All false – some of us did not buy it then, just a little research convinced me you cannot vaccinate against a coronavirus or we would have done it a long time ago.

Secondly, all the pro-vaccination talk is now of “protection [of yourself] from serious illness” – it would be interesting to understand just what the definition of serious is being used here.  Best guess is that ‘serious’ seems to mean that you need hospital treatment but the problem with the UK, at least, is that hospital is the only place you can get ‘treated’.  Doctors have closed their premises to COVID and the only advice is to wait until you get so ill that you need hospital treatment – a perfect example of anti-medicine.  Even the administering of generic anti-virals such as HCQ or Ivermectin by doctors would have helped the pandemic enormously.  The early global attempts to discredit HCQ and the rather later ones for Ivermectin in favour of new ‘vaccines’, despite these anti-virals having over half a century of well attested benefit, and despite these being previously on the WHO list of safe drugs recommended for all kinds of diseases such as malaria, is another reason to suspect this of being propaganda.

The third reason is all the statistical tricks being used to inflate the ‘excess deaths’ figure – I have written about this previously when a senior Oxford academic demonstrated that Public Health England had used a simple definitional trick to inflate its COVID deaths by 300%.  You would have thought they would have got a lot more careful but I watched a three way interview on a news programme recently where one of the tenured Professors being interviewed expressed the view that this was still a serious issue with the reporting of the data around the seriousness of the disease.  The point is very much that if you could sort out these statistical tricks, you would find that COVID is comparable to a bad flu death rate – serious and to be addressed by voluntary responses to sensible advice and help from medical professionals but absolutely no justification for locking countries down yet again.

The point is very much that if you could sort out these statistical tricks, you would find that COVID is comparable to a bad flu death rate – serious and to be addressed by voluntary responses to sensible advice, self-isolation (like we always have done when ill) and help from medical professionals, but absolutely no justification for locking countries down yet again.

Another reason is that it is now part of the ‘scientific’ consensus that gone are the prevention of transmission benefits of vaccination – your ‘viral load’ (how much virus you carry that you can pass on) is just as great whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated.  All those moving, emotional stories of young students getting tested twice a day and vaxxed up to make sure it was safe to see their Grandparents were just plain misinformed.  You might not have got ill but you were just as likely to have passed it on to a vulnerable person – this paradoxically was then used as a justification for mass vaccination.  Get that – the vaccine does not protect the un-vaccinated from the virus carrying vaccinated, so the only option is for all of us to get vaccinated.

It should be really plain that what we have here is not a vaccine by any past standards of what a vaccine should be, prevention of infection and cure, but it sure has made a vast amount of money for the vaccine manufacturing companies, despite the releasing by some of those companies reports as to side-effects that were much more serious and widespread than we would be comfortable with for a universal vaccination.  That too is an interesting sub-story and is specifically aimed at the American legal concept of a “statute of limitation” – you release information about the deleterious effects of your product or process so that you can claim that the public were making an informed choice and you cannot be held liable.  There is also a time limit when prosecutions would need to be mounted – one you release the information, the clock starts ticking.  If you have never watched it, take the time to watch Erin Brockovich, it gives a real-life expose of why companies do what they do  in situations like this .

Despite these vaccine manufacturing companies demanding and getting “unconditional indemnity“, imagine what will happen when serious side-effects which were covered up or buried (as apparent in the SAERS data in the US and some comparable reporting systems in the UK) are brought to the light by medical dissidents or litigation lawyers that can smell a paycheck.  Someone would want to find some way of holding these companies accountable and it is just good business strategising to make it as difficult as possible to prosecute – it really is ‘all about the money’, and the leveraging of socio-political change that greatly increases the power of technocrats and politicians over the people, the medical rationale for mass vaccination has been contradicted by the evidence from those countries that vaxxed-to-the-max, including my own.

it really is ‘all about the money’, and the leveraging of socio-political change that greatly increases the power of technocrats and politicians over the people, the medical rationale for mass vaccination has been contradicted by the evidence from those countries that vaxxed to the max, including my own…

So, back to Omicron.  This article in the left-leaning Atlantic is one of those exclamation points as to why we should ignore any and all vaccines ‘mandates’, its headline is ‘do not be surprised when you get omicron even if you are double-vaxxed and boosted’.  Are we having a laugh here, double-vaxed and boosted!  Omicron is now spreading faster amongst the vaccinated and that is now official:

according to a report published Tuesday by the U.K.’s Office for National Statistics, “Those who have received three doses of a vaccine and test positive for COVID-19 are more likely to be infected with infections compatible with the Omicron variant compared with those who are unvaccinated.”

Remarkably, nobody in the UK has heard what the ONS said, our media has not reported it. Why? The official government line is the reason why infections are rising is because ‘you have not had your booster’.  Notice too how even whilst admitting the utter failure of the vaccine, this article desperately wants to ‘spin’ the significance of what is now seen:

This doesn’t mean that Omicron prefers the vaccinated, or that the vaccinated are more vulnerable to infection than the unvaccinated, but that the immune evasiveness of the new variant gives it a much bigger relative competitive advantage over Delta among those with prior immune protection than among the unprotected, among whom it may not be more transmissible than Delta at all.

It is a stellar piece of obfuscation of the basic position that vaccination will not deal with this ‘pandemic’ but our immune system will.  Notice too how the loaded phrase ‘unprotected’ is used. It should be ‘unvaccinated’ as the unvaccinated are now seen to have an advantage over the vaccinated.  Think about it, the vaccinated are now the ‘unprotected’ if we take the data seriously.

It is a stellar piece of obfuscation of the basic position that vaccination will not deal with this ‘pandemic’ but our immune system will.

Other articles in Atlantic even assert that the ‘pandemic of the vaccinated is here’ and that is omicron.  Similarly in the UK, experts are now warning that over half of ‘colds’ will actually now be COVID.  Now that should arrest you because this is another ‘cat out of the bag’: despite the world rushing into ‘soft lockdown’ – in some places like the Netherlands and Austria it is anything but ‘soft’ – omicron is much milder and that should be good news.  No longer is it ‘COVID pneumonia’ (which after all sounds really serious and scary) but it is COVID the cold.  Problem is, for the mass majority – 99.7% to be exact, it always has been little more than a cold.  To reiterate one of my previous studies, over 6 x more people died of other respiratory diseases than COVID and as many people died of HIV as COVID last year.  Would we dare lock down those communities spreading HIV?  It should mean that COVID takes its place as just another cold or flu-like virus that can complicate into pneumonia if you have an underlying health condition, but it is nothing we have not seen before and we can live our lives free of the fear of it.

It [omicron] should mean that COVID takes its place as just another cold or flu-like virus that can complicate into pneumonia if you have an underlying health condition, but it is nothing we have not seen before and we can live our lives free of the fear of it.

One of those articles I referenced above lets yet another cat out of the bag so as to speak.  It states ‘a well educated immune system is an incredibly hostile environment for the virus and its variants‘ – it then asserts the way to ‘educate’ your immune system is by these shots and the boosters.  However, that is a half-truth – the first part is the ‘true’ part and the way you educate your immune system is by encountering it in the wild, which gives you a broad-spectrum immunity, not by synthetic imitators which tightly target a variant and who’s efficacy, as we now read in these same articles, seems to fall off in as little as 10 weeks – this is why there is now talk of boosters ‘every 3 months’.

Another one of those same articles shows why – despite calling vaccines ‘our greatest medical achievement‘ – the evidence used simply falsifies that assertion, or at least undermines its plausibility alongside other interventions (what are now fashionably called ‘self-isolation’ or ‘social distancing’) which other medical experts asserted were the actual reason as to why the diseases cited as success stories for vaccines were actually ‘conquered’ – as Doctor Vernon Coleman (one of the British medical celebreties of yesteryear) wrote ‘anyone who says a vaccine works is either lying or being paid to say so’.  This we can see from the evidence from countries where cultures deliberately leave their young children outside and wrapped up in the cold to help improve their health in later life.  A far better approach to our on-going health would be to improve our diet, increase the components that boost our immune system – such as natural vitamins and minerals, and to improve our fitness. Again, I (and some senior medical figures) have written about that elsewhere so will not labour it here.

We see, if we need any more convincing, that omicron is basically a device that allows the socio-political reform agenda of the ‘Great Reset’ to progress when it was in danger of being stalled by the economic recovery mechanisms of our current system.  There are some of us just determined to work and are fed up of being told where to work and whether to work.  It is not the government’s business to tell us whether or how to work.  One dissident professional observed that many of the ‘NGO’ and quasi-UN bodies such as the WHO are now behaving as if they were supra-governmental bodies, a new tier of transnational authority.  Anyone aware of the intense persecution of religious leaders, especially Christians, in Western countries to the degree they are being jailed in solitary confinement for holding a service, understand this is not a medical pandemic but a political reform programme that is driving this desire to strip the citizens of the world of their rights.

This ‘Reset’ is a precursor to the introduction of a new level of international government that is supposed to make the world a greener, economically fairer place and socially stable.  Sounds admirable until you realise that because this is for the “common good“, compliance is mandatory, and the only way you can ensure that compliance is to structure the social system such that it is no longer possible to survive outside it.  In biblical language this was what is called the ‘mark of the Beast‘, that colourful ‘Antichrist’ motif, where ‘no one can buy or sell unless they have that [vaccination] mark‘ – sorry, I added ‘vaccination’, that is not in the original text but it certainly is in our version!  We might have been laughing our butts off at such ‘fiction’ a couple of years ago, but our vaccine passports and the ‘under skin’ equivalents to allow you automatic access without the inconvenience of flashing your ‘easy to lose’ phone, give it such a plausibility, it might be worth taking seriously the biblical injunction, especially as it is Christmas time and because lots of churches are shut because Omicron is greater than God’s healing power, you might be feeling deprived of your annual religion fix, ‘anyone who calls on the name of the Lord [Jesus] will be delivered from the kingdom of the Antichrist into God’s kingdom‘.  Maranatha!

However, I digress, with experiments in UBI (Universal Basic Income) around the world and on the agenda of many labour unions, we can see this social reformation taking shape, it means no private property, no access to food and commerce outside centrally controlled channels, and following the Chinese prototype, no permission to participate in normal civic society unless you have a sufficient ‘social credit’, awarded to you when you have behaved yourself and done exactly what those in authority over you told you to do.  As one of our mainstream newspapers argued,’the pandemic has showed us there is no such thing as ‘I’, only ‘We’ ‘.

Though not picked up by the interviewer, that is a close paraphrase of Lenin regarding what was then the new Bolshevik socio-economic order.  The persecution of the religious is straight out of that same Bolshevik playbook – there can be no loyalty to anyone or anybody except the State; for the State, not the private family is to be our real family.  Thus spake the French revolution and that spirit just refuses to die despite two bloody centuries that have killed more of humanity than all the rest of our history put together.  The communist can never permit dissent and always has the ‘common good‘ or ‘public interest‘ as the big moral stick to crush all dissent with good conscience, regardless of how much blood is let in the process – how often have we heard those same phrases during the pandemic as the new world order takes shape?

It looked like Omicron was doing a great job in the UK.  One of my brothers is a pharmacist, vaxx-ed to the max with the rest of the family and told me off for not wearing a mask last January.  As it happens, I legitimately do not have to wear a mask having spent many years with a serious respiratory condition, but that did not matter, it was my public duty for the sake of others.  But that was last year.  This year he said it had ‘gone crazy again‘ and he was happy for me to come and visit whenever I was passing for the first time since March 2020.  He sounded like he has had enough.  Other people I had spoken to surprised me when they said they would have ‘just ignored‘ another lockdown.  Why was this?  Well, because of the example set by our partying leaders during the last UK lockdown who when caught with their pants down, tried to make out they were having a ‘meeting’ not a ‘party’ – it was ridiculous, when there were testimonies from people who were there, party-games, celebrity appearences, recordings and photographs; wine does not get served at working meetings, on internal government business anyway; entertaining is a different matter!

This has meant that there was a lot of public anger and it would have been impossible to have a moral case for enforcing another lockdown, especially in England which dominates the UK by weight of population and economic power.  In fact, despite things being ‘worse’ in the UK than the rest of Europe, restrictions have hit an invisible ceiling and New Year parties have ‘permission’.  So although it was clear another worldwide lockdown was being organised, the plan hit some major bumps in the road when it came to light how contemptuous of its citizens some governments had become.  The British people have been told they can be ‘trusted’ to act cautiously and responsibly, there is a first time for everything in this pandemic!

However, the real scandal over the partying politicians never came out – as with the US Congress, when our lawmakers passed their ‘Coronavirus Act’ that legitimised all types of Stalinist oppression such as permission to rendite those with an incorrect attitude to ‘attitude correction’ camps – they explictly excused themselves from the legislation.  That was the how and why they could party and that was what should have been reported.  This alongside the original sin of our elected representatives when they utterly failed to protect us when they did not even bother to debate the Coronavirus legislation but simply ‘nodded it through‘.  I wrote about this at length early on, so go and read about that there.  Encouragingly, things have got more problematic recently as the government has only been able to pass renewed or new legislation that restricts people’s liberty with the help of our so-called ‘opposition’ party.  They are the ‘socialist’ opposition, so no surprises there, they want further and deeper restrictions, particularly when there are labour unions 100% in for the Great Reset and furlough heaven!

So, we might survive this iteration of the Great Reset without getting too reset, in the UK at least, though 3 out of our 4 parts have moved to various degrees of a more severe lockdown but with dominant England out of the mix, the effect has been severely muted.  Scotland has given permission to party too.  It may be that COVID will move to the background if Omicron shows it has mutated favourably and is contagious but relatively weak.  We might need to await another synthetic pathogen to get the Reset through.

So, remember, keep your masks off and stay free, not ‘safe’ in this coming year.
